We argue that using AI every day tells you nothing about whether you use it well. Rather than ask you to take that on trust, here is the argument run on you: rate yourself first, then do four short pieces of real work, then see the distance between the two. Scored by rules, not by AI
The same fixed rule set everyone else gets, run over a sealed event log. No model decides your score. Re-running the scorer gives the same answer.

Ten minutes is a taste, not a measurement. It shows you the shape of the instrument. The full assessment takes about an hour and produces a personal report worth acting on.
