What you can expect from it.

What the demo is

A ten-minute indication, built from five judgment questions, one simulated incident and one spoken or typed answer. It shows you where your own account of your ability and your observed behaviour agree, and where they don't.

What you need

A current browser on a laptop or desktop, with nothing to install. If you want to speak the final answer you need a microphone; no camera is used, ever. If you would rather not speak, type the answer instead, or skip it, and either way it costs you no points.

What it is not

It is not the full assessment, not a qualification, and not psychological or medical advice. It is not validated or licensed for selection: it must not be used to hire, promote, rank, filter or assess anyone, and we do not provide it in a form that would let you. Ten minutes buys a direction, not a verdict.

Nobody is scored by a model

The result you see is produced by fixed rules from what you actually did. A language model plays a character in the simulation, and reads your final answer to record which of four things it contained, each backed by a quote from your own words. It also writes you a short comment on that answer, in its own words. Neither the character nor the comment decides your result, and neither can change it.

It is yours

Your individual result goes to you and to nobody else. We never send it to an employer, and we never attach it to a sales record. What we publish is anonymous counts across everyone who has taken it.

Use it as intended

Take it as yourself, once, for your own benefit. Don't try to extract the scenario, the answer keys or the prompts, don't automate it, and don't attempt to disrupt it for anyone else. We may withdraw access if you do.

It comes as it is

The demo is provided free and without warranty. We may change or withdraw it at any time. Nothing here limits liability we cannot limit by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

Starting and stopping

The demo is a free digital service, provided at your request the moment you sign in. You can stop at any point and ask us to delete everything, and we will. Because it is free there is no fee, no notice period and nothing to refund; stopping is the whole of your withdrawal right, and it never expires. This page and the privacy notice together are the information we owe you before you start: save or print them if you want your own copy.

If something goes wrong

Write to info@visionvolve.ai and a founder replies personally. If you take part as a consumer and we cannot resolve a dispute between us, you can take it to out-of-court resolution at the Czech Trade Inspection Authority: Česká obchodní inspekce, Štěpánská 796/44, 110 00 Praha 1, coi.gov.cz (mimosoudní řešení spotřebitelských sporů).

Paid engagements are separate

AIR engagements, workshops and consulting run on a signed contract with your organisation. The prices published on this site are indicative, intended for business customers, and exclude VAT; consumers would pay applicable VAT in addition. These terms govern the free demo only.

The content is ours

The scenarios, questions, scoring model and written material are VisionVolve's. Your own answers remain yours; we keep them under the privacy notice and we do not quote them. If we ever want to, we will ask you first, for that specific piece.

Which law

Czech law applies. For business customers, the courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction. If you take part as a consumer rather than in a professional capacity, none of that takes away the protections of the law where you live: we can only bring a claim against you in the courts of the country you live in, and you can bring one against us either there or here, whichever suits you.
