WORKSHOPS · COHORTS OF 8–12 · IN PERSON

Cohorts that end with artifacts, not certificates.

Every workshop runs on our own delivery platform: join from your phone in under 30 seconds, work through live phases, get stress-tested by AI personas. Each cohort closes with a report bundle for three audiences: you, your AI lead, and HR. Every number in it is validated against the workshop data before it ships.

WHY EVERYONE WORKS THEIR OWN PROBLEM

No invented case studies. Real problems, worked in parallel.

Most corporate workshops hand the room one made-up case and a day of pretending to care about it. Ours run the other way: in three of the four standing formats every participant brings a real problem and works it in parallel, with structured moments to compare notes. We chose that format from the research, not from taste. In controlled lab experiments on complex problems, groups alternating independent work with intermittent sharing kept the best solutions that constant collaboration converged away from. That is lab evidence, not proof about your room, but it is why the format is built this way.

THE RESEARCH, IF YOU WANT IT

LAB-SCALE EVIDENCE, ON COMPLEX AND AMBIGUOUS PROBLEMS. WE THINK AI ADOPTION IS ONE.

AI Foundation

The orientation everything else builds on: what AI actually is and isn't, where it is strong, where it reliably fails, and what the art of the possible looks like for your organisation, taught against real examples, not vendor demos.

You leave with: a frontier map of your own role: what to hand to AI, what to reshape, what stays yours.

The one format that is mostly theory, by design.

AI Business Case Development

Spot a case worth doing on your own job, then build it properly. Rate real AI cases through the 4-Gate framework on gut instinct, develop your own in your own workspace, iterating as you go, then defend it against a panel of AI investor personas (CFO, CTO, UX, COO) who probe it in live conversation. Knowing when to kill a case counts as passing.

You leave with: a business case that survived scrutiny, and a 30-day action plan.

Not for engineers without a product or business stake.

Prototyping for Business Professionals

Bring your own problem, ideally the case from the day before. Describe what you want in plain language, watch AI build it live, and learn first-hand why precise intent, not tooling, decides what ships. Then design the experiment that validates the prototype, or kills it, so it can move forward on evidence.

You leave with: a working prototype of your own problem, and the experiment that tests it.

Not a coding course. No programming background needed.

Agentic Engineering

Two days, ~75% at the keyboard, built for engineers who have not yet lived in Claude Code-class tools. Learn the harness doctrine (an agent is a model plus the environment you build around it), then specify, design, and ship a working agent in your own repo, through facilitator-scored phase gates. Day two ends with the Firedrill: five production incidents, symptoms only, 45 minutes.

You leave with: a working agent with evals, and the discipline to specify before you generate.

Not a tools demo. You will ship.

Custom, built to the gap

When the AIR readout, or your own roadmap, names a gap the standing formats do not close, we build the day that does: AI for marketing, risk and injection drills, a verification clinic. Scoped with you before it is sold, run on the same platform, reported the same way.

You leave with: whatever closing the gap requires. That is the point of scoping first.

Not a fixed syllabus, and not sold before it is scoped.

€3,000 / cohort-day

One price for the cohort of 8–12, not per seat, so the number doesn't move when your headcount does. A two-day format is simply two days (€6,000); the half-day is 0.6× (€1,800). Custom formats are quoted when scoped. The report bundle is included.

THE PLATFORM BEHIND EVERY COHORT

Our own platform: interactive slides, a facilitator console that runs the room, and an individual workspace where each participant works their own problem, all connected. Engineering and prototyping run in sandboxed environments, so people build for real without touching anything real.
